  • Full Product Coverage: Our materials apply to core insulator types including suspension insulators, line post insulators and station post insulators.

  • Stringent Standard Compliance: All silicone rubber raw materials and finished insulators fully comply with recognized global standards including GB/T 19519-2014, IEC 61109:2025, IEC 61952:2008 and ANSI C29.17/18.

  • Customizable Formulations: Benefiting from independent R&D capability, we supply standard grades as well as precisely modified customized formulations for special operating conditions such as high altitude, heavy pollution, extreme cold and intense UV exposure, delivering cost-effective insulation solutions. Silicone compounds in various colors can be produced as per your requirements.

  • Outstanding Material Performance: During the whole service life of composite insulators, sheds and housing serve as the primary barrier against environmental degradation. Material performance directly determines the service lifespan of power lines. Our silicone rubber compounds pass 1000h salt spray test and erosion resistance test, and successfully complete 5000h anti-ageing test certified by STRI (Sweden). In LAPEM laboratory (Mexico), the material passed 12.5kA arc test. Hardness and tensile strength remain stable after thermo-mechanical cycling. The material maintains HC 1 hydrophobicity under continuous rainfall and achieves FV-0 flame retardancy rating under fire exposure.


Main Application Fields

Widely used on 10kV ~ 1000kV AC & DC transmission and distribution lines for vulcanization molding of sheds for composite suspension insulators, tension insulators and station post insulators.
