Production Process of Insulator Fittings

High-Strength Material: Manufactured from premium forged steel or ductile cast iron. The forging process achieves dense internal metal structure free of pores and sand holes, capable of enduring heavy tensile loads ranging from 40kN to 550kN for long-term operation.
Superior Anti-Corrosion Performance: All products undergo strict hot-dip galvanizing treatment. The galvanized coating is uniform and meets standard requirements (average thickness over 86μm), delivering outstanding corrosion resistance in salt spray, humid and industrially polluted harsh environments, with a designed service life of over 30 years.
Precision Matching Dimensions: Interface design of ball, socket, clevis and tongue fittings strictly complies with GB/T 21421.1-2021, IEC 61466-1:2016 and ANSI C29.12-2020. Nominal connection markings including 11, 16, 20, 24 feature high dimensional precision to ensure seamless interchangeability and flexible connection with various insulators and hardware strings.
Electrical Reliability: Rounded structural edges effectively suppress partial corona discharge and guarantee electromagnetic compatibility for power lines under high voltage operation.
