Superior Mechanical Strength: Manufactured with ECR-glass fiber and modified epoxy resin via vacuum pultrusion technology. Capable of sustaining tensile loads ranging from 10kN up to over 1000kN.
Excellent Brittle Fracture Resistance: Passes stringent acid resistance and water diffusion tests to prevent brittle failure caused by interface water penetration, with service life exceeding 30 years.
Rigorous Standard Compliance: Manufactured in accordance with DL/T 1580 and IEC 62039-2021, featuring compact structure without internal voids.
High-Reliability Internal Insulation: High glass transition temperature (Tg). Nano-scale interface sealing effectively suppresses partial discharge.
Main Application Fields
Widely applied on 10kV ~ 1000kV AC & DC transmission and distribution lines. It serves as the central insulating structural component that provides mechanical performance for composite suspension insulators, tension insulators and station post insulators.
