RW-12/100-12.5
Product Overview
The 10kV Standardized High-Voltage Drop-out Fuse adopts an arc-extinguishing principle combining self-produced gas longitudinal arc-blowing and powerful torsion spring arc stretching. The fuse tube features a single-end exhaust structure, which ensures reliable interruption of fault currents ranging from overload to short-circuit, and prevents damage to overhead lines or equipment installed above the fuse during interruption. It is equipped with embedded wedge-shaped contacts with excellent contact performance. The upper contact base applies positive pressure to the upper contact of the fuse holder, ensuring reliable conductive contact. After interruption, the fuse holder drops reliably. During current breaking, the upper contact slides with a specific time delay to guarantee arc extinction inside the arc-extinguishing tube and avoid ablation caused by arc drawing on the upper contact. Silver plating and integrated contact design improve the reliability of conductive connection. The specially designed fork hook can smoothly guide the fuse holder into the closing position. The well-designed extruded meshing contacts ensure timely and effective circuit disconnection once the fuse element blows.
The specially designed terminal block allows convenient clamping of various conductors, and wiring operation can be completed single-handedly with only one wrench. The fuse adopts a unidirectional downward and outward exhaust mode, which effectively prevents rainwater ingress and eliminates the risk of short-circuits to upper-layer lines caused by ionized gas. Free from fuse strand breakage, it enables reliable and stable load breaking. The fuse tube achieves precise positioning and delivers excellent cost performance.
Application Scope
The 10kV Standardized High-Voltage Drop-out Fuse is applicable to 50Hz power systems with voltage of 35kV and below. It provides overload and short-circuit protection for transmission lines and power transformers, and performs switching of rated load current. Mechanical endurance ≥ 500 operations.
