• Rigorous Standards: Ensuring all silicone rubber materials and finished products fully comply with internationally recognized standards such as GB/T 19519-2014, IEC 61109:2025, IEC 61952:2008, and ANSI C29.17/18.

• Material Customization: Leveraging our independent R&D advantages, we provide more than just standard models. We can perform precise formula modification and customized mass production for special working conditions such as high altitude, heavy pollution, extreme cold, or intense UV rays. We offer the most cost-effective insulation protection and can provide rubber compounds in various colors according to your requirements.

• Exceptional Quality: Throughout the service life of a composite insulator, the sheds and housing serve as the first line of defense against atmospheric hazards; their material properties directly determine the operational lifespan of the line. Our compounds can withstand 1000h salt spray and tracking/erosion tests and have passed the 5000h aging test at the STRI laboratory in Sweden. At the LAPEM laboratory in Mexico, we completed 12.5kA arc tests. Even after thermo-mechanical performance cycles, the hardness and tensile strength remain consistent. Our materials maintain HC 1 level hydrophobicity under heavy rain and achieve an FV-0 flammability rating under high-heat combustion.
