Manufacturing Process & Features

High-Strength Materials: Manufactured using premium Forged Steel or Ductile Iron. The forging process ensures a dense internal structure free of pores or sand holes, capable of withstanding high tensile loads from 40kN to 550kN.
Superior Corrosion Resistance: All products undergo rigorous Hot-Dip Galvanizing. The zinc coating is uniform with a thickness exceeding standards (average thickness >86μm), providing excellent durability in salt spray, humid, and polluted industrial environments with a design life of over 30 years.
Precision-Engineered Dimensions: Interfaces including Ball, Socket, Clevis, and Tongue are designed strictly according to GB/T 21421.1, IEC 61466-1, and ANSI C29.12. Nominal sizes like 11, 16, 20, 24 are highly accurate, ensuring seamless interchangeability and flexible connection with various insulators.
Electrical Reliability: All structural edges are rounded and smoothed to effectively suppress local Corona discharge, ensuring electromagnetic compatibility for high-voltage line operations.
Key Applications
Widely used in AC and DC power transmission and distribution lines from 10kV to 1000kV. These are critical end-fitting components for composite suspension insulators, tension insulators, and post insulators.
